At Viraasat – The Vibe of India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In the same condition as received.
- With original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Jewelry & accessories.
- Intimate wear or undergarments.
- Custom-stitched or personalized products.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked "non-returnable").
2. Return Process
Contact us at contact@viraasat.ca or WhatsApp us at +1 (431) 294-4786 within the return window.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or card).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In cases of defective or incorrect products, we will cover return shipping.
For U.S. customers, cross-border return instructions will be provided.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
