At Viraasat – The Vibe of India, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related processes for Canada, the USA, and international orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

International shipping may be available on request – please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-stitched or special-order items may require additional time. Customers will be informed by email if delays occur.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners, including:

  • eShipper
  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • DHL

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–7 business days (depending on province).

USA: 5–10 business days (depending on state).

International: Varies by destination (estimated at checkout if available).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may apply as advertised.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Certain products (such as jewelry or premium items) may require signature upon delivery.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (at no additional cost). You will receive tracking for each shipment.
